More about the Animal Spirits

Our ancestors knew about the importance of animals in their lives. Ancient peoples were well aware that animals acted as omens and messengers according to each animal's unique attributes — its "power" or "spirit" that may manifest itself with the help of animal spirit guides. These animal spirit guides can provide direction and guidance, and may also be used to heal, fortify or instruct us.

But our so-called "modern" lifestyle has made us forget about and be unmindful of our animal spirit helpers. But luckily more and more people have again realized the benefit of interaction with animal spirits. The realization has also dawned on many that we can no longer ignore or deny the frequently useful and, often, unfavorable animal characteristics we have retained, such as the industriousness of a beaver, a dog's loyalty or the slyness of a fox, etc.

Although our Animal Spirit Oracle primarily focuses on the attributes of the North American and European animal guides, they are still useful to almost anyone to help understand life's energies and directions. So as to be of greatest assistance and provide a personalized experience, our readings call on each person's individual Animal Spirits.
